For Vendors
Thank you for joining us at Dry Eye University. Your support makes this event possible.
Please make sure you have completed the application to be a vendor at the event. This allows us to make sure a booth is held for you and allot for the proper amount of people. Each vendor booth includes one vendor. If an additional vendor badge is needed, please request that for an additional cost. Max of 2 vendors per booth.
Friday Evening: Friday evening is for the first time available to vendors! If your company selects the 2-Day Vendor Booth, we ask that your booth be set up by 3:30pm. Our event on Friday will go until 9pm and dinner is included.
Saturday: Please have your booth set up BY 7:15am on Saturday morning. If you are doing only a 1-Day Vendor Booth, at rare times, the location will allow vendors access to a banquet room to set up Friday evening after 10pm. Many times, we are in the same room both days. While the event is going on, set up is not permitted. We strongly encourage you to set up on Saturday. Vendor booths will be labeled so you know exactly where to set up.
The event starts at 7:30am. Breakfast is provided. Vendors will stay at their booth throughout the day. During the event, there will be several breaks where the attendees will flow through each vendor booth. Everything for Saturday will be housed in the same ballroom, with the exception of break out education sessions sponsored by specific companies.
